摘要
前文已报导了具有较好抗凝血性能的新型聚电解质,聚甲基丙烯酸己磺酸钠(PSSH-MA)的合成^([1-3]),用统计方法对盐存在时PSSHMA溶液的粘性研究^([4-5])及用小角激光光散射法测定的PSSHMA体系的特性粘数和重均分子量的关系^([6])。本文进一步用KNAUER膜渗透计测定了该体系的特性粘数与数均分子量的关系,并进一步探讨聚电解质水溶液渗透压测定中的一些问题。
The sodium salt of poly-6-sulfohexyl methacrylate (PSSHMA) has been synthesized. In 0.15M NaCl,refractionation and triangle fractionation by precipitation from a solvent-nonsolvent mixture was carried out by adding alcohol to a dilute aqueous solution of the PSSHMA. M, and [η] were measured by means of osmometry and viscometry. Empirical correlation between intrinsic viscosity and molecular weight was obtained as follows [η] =3.06×10^(-3) M_(n)^(0.82). The reasonable conditions of measurement of osmometry and viscometry were also discussed.
