摘要
上汽超超临界机组DEH调试中,普遍存在对汽轮机组控制技术掌握不深的问题。同时DEH、DCS大多采用两套控制系统,需要从设计初期到投产运行的过程中不断推进两个系统间统筹协调工作。针对以上两个技术难题,对上汽-西门子机组控制技术展开研究,旨在消化吸收国外先进技术、理念的基础上,能够根据生产提出优化控制策略。同时针对DEH与DCS联络信号的可靠性展开了系统性的排查,不仅有利于机组的安全、经济运行,对同类型工程具有较高的参考价值。
In the DEH commissioning of Shanghai Electric ultra-supercritical units,there is a common problem of not having a deep grasp of the control technology of steam turbine units.At the same time,DEH and DCS mostly use two sets of control systems,and it is necessary to continuously promote the overall coordination between the two systems from the initial stage of design to the process of commissioning.In view of the above two technical problems,this paper conducts research on Shanghai Electric-Siemens unit control technology,aiming to propose optimized control strategies based on the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technology and concepts.At the same time,a systematic investigation is carried out for the reliability of the DEH and DCS communication signals.
