摘要 为了提升原油管道运输过程中切割混油段的效率和精度,针对原油在输油站间长输管线中的运输过程,利用近红外光谱仪扫描管道内油品光谱,采用优化方法求解混油段油品组成占比,实现对混油段的精细化监测。该方法一方面解决了现有密度法难以检测密度相近油品的不足,提升了管道输送的灵活性;另一方面,可以对混油段进行精细化检测,实时给出量化比例,对指导炼化企业进行精益化、集约化生产具有参考价值。 In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cutting the mixing section during the transportation of crude oil in pipelines,this paper uses a near-infrared spectrometer to scan the oil spectrum in the pipeline between oil transmission stations,and an optimization method was applied to analyze the oil composition accounts of the mixing section to accomplish a fine monitoring.On the one hand,this method is a remedy to the density one for it has no difficulty in detecting oil products with similar densities.It improves the flexibility of pipeline transportation.On the other hand,quantitative ratios in real time are provided by our method,which has reference value for guiding oil refining enterprises to achieve lean and intensive production.
