摘要
绿色低碳发展是全球应对气候变化的共同诉求,电力能源行业在"双碳"目标行动中应发挥更大作用。加强电网建设管理、推广应用智慧工地管理系统,是确保电网建设绿色低碳、助力实现"双碳"进程的必由之路。结合电网建设工程需求,研究提出了智慧工地总体框架和五大关键指标,并以某省电网建设工程为例,利用网络层次分析法对各指标进行评估并给出综合排序,相关结论可为科学评价智慧工地管理系统的先进性、优化推荐智慧工地实施方案提供参考。
Green and low-carbon development is the common demand of global response to climate change,and the electric energy industry should play a greater role in the″double carbon″target action.Strengthening the construction management of power grid and promoting the application of smart site management system are the only way to ensure the green and low-carbon construction of power grid and help realize the″double carbon″process.Combined with the demand of power grid construction,the general framework and five key indicators of smart site are studied and proposed in this paper.Taking a provincial power grid construction project as an example,the index is evaluated by network analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive sorting is given.The conclusions can provide references for scientific evaluation of the advanced nature of intelligent site management system and optimization of site recommendation for intelligent site management.
