摘要
采用交替变换的直流来代替交流这一稳弧工艺,对其主电路拓扑进行了较为详细的介绍,通过Simulink和ANSYS Maxwell等仿真软件进行模型搭建,对电源主电路和线圈的电磁效应进行可行性仿真验证,结果表明所提出方案是正确合理的,在稳弧电源发展领域具有很高的推广价值。
In this paper,a special implementation method of arc stabilization power supply is adopted,and its main circuit topology is introduced in detail.The simulation software such as Simulink and ANSYS Maxwell is used to build the model,and the feasibility of the main circuit and coil’s electromagnetic effect of the power supply is verified.The results show that the proposed scheme is correct and reasonable,and has a good promotion value in the development of arc-stable power supply.
