摘要
温州某金融广场由三座100m高塔楼+上部弧长约300m的圆弧形船体建筑组成,船体建筑采用摩擦摆支座与塔楼相连,为体型特别不规则的巨型复杂高层连体结构,塔楼采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系,上部圆弧形船体采用巨型空间钢桁架结构体系。项目集高层连体、大跨、重载于一体,特别是顶部船体巨型空间桁架,温度作用大,且温州地处台风高发地区,瞬时最大风力达12级以上。针对本工程的特点,提出了适用于台风区的高位连体大跨度结构隔震体系,解决了地震、强风、温度效应等多工况耦合的设计难题,对结构安全性进行研究,采取了相应的加强措施。着重阐述了结构设计中的一些关键问题及相应的处理措施,包括结构体系、整体分析、性能评估、关键构件等。
A financial plaza in Wenzhou is composed of three 100-metre-high towers and a 300-meter-long arc-shaped hull building.The hull building is connected with the tower by friction pendulum bearings,which is a huge complex high-rise conjoined structure with irregular shape.The towers adopt reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system,and the upper circular arc hull adopts giant space steel truss structure system.This project integrates high-rise,large-span and heavy-duty structures,especially the hull giant space truss which has a great effect on temperature.Wenzhou is located in the area with high typhoon incidence,and the instantaneous maximum wind power is above grade 12.In view of the characteristics of this project,the isolation system of high-position connected long-span structure suitable for typhoon area was put forward,the design problem of coupling of earthquake,strong wind,temperature effect and so on was solved,and the safety of structure was studied,corresponding measures have been taken to strengthen it.Some key problems in structural design and corresponding treatment measures were expounded emphatically,including structural system,overall analysis,performance evaluation,key components,etc.
