在国家相关政策的引导和支持下,全国各地涌现出大量装配式钢结构住宅项目。钢结构住宅以其装配率优势和轻质、高强的特点为住宅设计带来了新的思路。然而,新事物的出现和高速发展必定伴随着许多质疑和盲点,制约了装配式钢结构住宅的发展和应用。以装配式钢结构高层住宅设计中的一些实践和设计要点为基础,从设计角度,结合实际项目中遇到的典型问题,对装配式钢结构高层住宅的设计和应用进行了研究和探索,以期为相关领域从业人员提供参考。

Under the guidance and support of relevant national policies,a large number of prefabricated steel structure residences projects have emerged all over the country.With the advantages of assembly rate,light weight and high strength,steel structure brings a new idea for residence design.However,the emergence and development of new things must be accompanied by many doubts and blind spots,which has restricted the growth and application of prefabricated steel structure residences.Base on some practices and design points in the design of prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential buildings,from the design perspective,combined with typical problems encountered in actual projects,the design and application of prefabricated steel structure high-rise residential buildings were studied and explored to provide reference for practitioners in related fields.
