摘要
国家会议中心二期项目作为2022年北京冬奥会和冬残奥会主媒体中心(MMC),设计时间紧、工程体量大、结构复杂。为提高专业间协同效率、提升施工图设计质量、保证现场施工进度、为后续设计施工一体化奠定基础,以REVIT软件为平台,采用全专业协同BIM设计,即正向BIM设计。以国家会议中心二期项目为例,讨论并总结了结构专业在设计过程中引入正向BIM设计的优势、正向BIM设计的难点与重点、现阶段BIM设计存在的问题,以期为后续项目开展全专业协同BIM设计提供帮助。
As the Main Media Center(MMC)for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games,Project of China National Convention Center Phase Two has tight design time,large engineering volume and complex structure.In order to improve the efficiency of inter-disciplinary collaboration,improve the quality of construction drawing design,ensure the progress of on-site construction,and lay the foundation for the integration of subsequent design and construction,the REVIT software was used as the platform to adopt the full-disciplinary collaborative BIM design,namely the forward BIM design.Taking the Project of China National Convention Center Phase Two as an example,the advantages of introducing forward BIM design into the design process of structural specialty,the difficulties and key points of forward BIM design,and the problems existing in BIM design at the present stage were discussed and summarized,so as to provide help for the follow-up projects to carry out full-disciplinary collaborative BIM design.
