Role of Stoma Specialist Nurses in the Protection of Stress Injury

目的探讨造口专科护士在压力性损伤防护中的作用。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年6月医院收治的157例压力性损伤患者的临床资料,将2018年7—12月收治的83例患者设为对照组(第3季度38例,第4季度45例),将2019年1—6月收治的74例患者(第1季度36例,第2季度38例)设为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理+造口专科护士干预,比较全院护士在不同季度对压力性损伤相关护理知识考试的平均分和及格率、院内非难免压力性损伤发生率及转归情况。结果2019年第1、2季度全院护士对压力性损伤相关知识考试的平均分和及格率分别高于2018年第3、4季度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组院内非难免压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组转归率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论造口专科护士参与并负责压力性损伤管理能及时更新自身及各临床护士压力性损伤的护理理念,不断提高临床护士的防护能力,明显提高压力性损伤防护质量和管理水平。

Objective The role of stoma specialist nurses in the protection of stress injury was explored.Methods The clinical data of 157 patients with stress injury admitted to the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 was retrospectively analyzed.Those who were received from July to December in 2018 were defined as the control group(38 cases for third quarter,45 cases for fourth quarter)and those who were received from January to June in 2019 were defined as the observation group(36 cases for first quarter,38 cases for second quarter).The control group was treated with regular nursing,while the observation group was treated with regular nursing combined with stoma specialist nurses intervention.The average scores and pass rate related to stress injury nursing knowledge of all nurses in the hospital at different quarters,the incidence of non inevitable stress injury and the status of outcome were compared between the two groups.Results The average scores and pass rate of nurses in the first and second quarter of 2019 were higher than those in the third and fourth quarter of 2018 and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of non inevitable stress injury in the observation group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The outcome rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion After participating in the management of stress injury,stoma specialist nurses can timely update their own and clinical nurses'nursing concept of stress injury,constantly improve the protection ability of clinical nurses and significantly improve the quality and management level of stress injury protection.
