机场净空审核新规对电厂厂址选择的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of New Airport Clearance Audit Regulations on the Site Selection of Power Plant

通过对2021年4月1日起实施的《运输机场净空区域内建设项目净空审核管理办法》的分析,结合具体实例,阐明该办法对电厂厂址选择的影响,并提出对策及建议。其目的在于强化相关人员对新规的理解,提醒大家以往的认识与新规存在差异,为判断、处理电厂厂址选择过程中的机场净空问题提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the Management Measures for Clearance Examination of Construction Projects in the Clearance Area of Transportation Airports,which has been implemented since April 1,2021,and combining with specific example,this paper expounds the influence of the Measures on the selection of power plant site,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The purpose is to strengthen the relevant personnel’s understanding of the new regulations,and also hope to remind there are differences between the previous understanding and the new regulations through this paper,so as to provide reference for judging and dealing with the airport clearance problem in the process of power plant site selection.
