山地光伏总承包项目现场物资管理探究

On-site Material Management of Mountain Photo-voltaic General Contracting Project

现场物资管理是物资管理的重要环节,加强现场物资管理,对于减少物资浪费,提高物资利用率以及保障物资安全有重要意义。文章在借鉴以往研究并结合项目现场实际情况的基础上,针对山地光伏总承包项目,采用ABC分类法,对项目物资进行分类,并且建立了易于操作的物资管理流程,同时,对A、B、C三类物资以及备品备件的现场管理方法进行详细探究,以期为建立标准化的物资管理流程提供借鉴。

On-Site material management is an important part of material management.Strengthening on-site material management is of great significance to reduce material waste,improve material utilization rate and ensure material safety.Based on previous research and combined with the actual situation of the project site,ABC classification method is used to classify the project materials for the mountain photo-voltaic general contracting project.At the same time,the on-site management methods of class A,B and C materials and spare parts are explored in detail,so as to provide reference for establishing standardized material management process.
