从“将有五危”看辅导员自身修养和素质能力的提升

Seeing the Improvement of Counselors’Self-cultivation and Quality from“Five Fatal Weaknesses Generals Have”

孙子《孙子兵法·九变篇第八》中强调“将有五危”,即“必死,可杀也;必生,可虏也;忿速,可侮也;廉洁,可辱也;爱民,可烦也。凡此五者,将之过也,用兵之灾也。覆军杀将,必以五危,不可不察也”,论述了将帅的五种致命弱点,孙子认为它们是军队覆没、战争失败的根源。以古鉴今,这五种“危险”的把握对辅导员在学生工作中克服自身弱点,掌握学生的特点也同样适用,对辅导员自身修养和素质能力的提升有很强的借鉴意义。

Sun Tzu’s“The Art of War:the Eighth Chapter of Nine Changes”emphasizes that“generals have five fatal weaknesses”,that is,“you must die,you can kill;you must live,but you can take prisoners;you can be quick and can be insulted;clean and can be insulted;love the people,it can be annoying;if the army is destroyed,there will be five dangers,and it must be observed.”It discussed the five fatal weaknesses of generals.Sun Tzu thinks they are the root cause of the annihilation of the army and the failure of the war.Reflecting the past and present,the grasp of these five“five fatal weaknesses”is also applicable to counselors in overcoming their own weaknesses in student work and mastering the characteristics of students,which have strong reference significance for counselors’self-cultivation and improvement of quality and ability.
