“三全育人”视角下的高校学风建设路径研究

Study on the Construction Path of Academic Style in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of All-round Education

学风建设是高校立德树人根本任务的中心环节,是人才培养质量的重要基础。基于当前高校学风建设中存在学生目标不明确、教师教学工作重心偏移、全员协同育人动能不足等问题,分析原因,找到对策,通过“全方位、全员、全过程”育人理念,加强师德师风建设,明确学生学习目标,改进和加强高校学风建设。

The construction of style of study is the central link of the fundamental task of establishing morality in colleges and universities,and it is an important foundation for the quality of talent training.Based on the current problems of unclear student goals,deviation of the focus of teaching work of teachers,and insufficient kinetic energy for all-staff collaborative education in the current academic atmosphere construction in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the reasons and find countermeasures,and adopts the concept of“all-round,all-staff,and whole-process”education to strengthen the construction of teacher ethics and style,clarify students’learning goals,and improve and strengthen the construction of college style of study.
