The head teacher is the front-line organizer and implementer of cadre education and training.In the cadre education and training,the class teacher strengthens the role of guidance in learning management,which is an important responsibility assigned to the class teacher by the cadre training management model;it is an effective way for the class teacher to play the ideological guidance;it is the requirement of the Party school to implement flexible,open and diverse teaching methods.It is to meet the needs of cadre training and adult learning characteristics.Class teachers must strengthen their learning,enrich their knowledge,lay a solid theoretical foundation,and be good at researching new situations and new problems on the basis of constantly summing up experience,grasping the characteristics and needs of the trainees,and providing guidance services for different teaching contents and forms.
