新时代地方高校学生思政工作队伍建设的现状、问题与对策分析

Analysis of the Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures of the Construction of the Ideological and Political Work Team of Local Colleges and Universities in the New Era

高校思想政治工作总是随着时代的发展而呈现出不同特点。从目前来看,高校思政工作相关的政策法规日趋完善,培训体系日趋完善,工作素质明显提高。但在综合素质方面有待提升,存在尚未厘清思想政治工作队伍的职能,思想政治工作的协同机制及思想政治工作队伍与学生之间的联系等问题。因此,建议提升高校思想政治工作者的综合素质,持续优化工作方法,形成协同合作的协同育人机制。

The ideological and political work of colleges and universities always presents different characteristics with the development of the times.From the current point of view,the policies and regulations related to ideological and political work in colleges and universities are becoming more and more perfect,the training system is becoming more and more perfect,and the quality of work is significantly improved.However,there are still problems such as the need to improve the overall quality,the functional positioning of the ideological and political work team has not yet been clarified,the coordination mechanism of the ideological and political work team has not been established,and the connection between the ideological and political work team and the students is still not close.Therefore,it is recommended to improve the overall quality of the ideological and political work team,optimize the work methods of ideological and political education;clarify the leadership mechanism and responsibility mechanism,establish a sound evaluation and rewards and punishment system;establish a symposium and contact system to form a collaborative and cooperative education mechanism.
