正确认识宪法确认的中国特色社会主义制度与宪法及基本法确立的特别行政区制度之间的辨证关系,具有十分重要的现实意义。从地位上看,二者之间是根与枝的关系;从结构上看,二者之间是一般与个别的关系;从时间上看,二者之间是交叉关系。只有正确认识并准确把握二者之间的辩证关系,才能在“一国”的基础上,让“两制”和谐相处、相互促进。
