In 2019,at a symposium on ecological protection and high-quality development of tJie Yellow River basin,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a great call for uMaking the Yellow River a Happy River for the Benefit of the People”,and drew up a blueprint on ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin,which has been the Chinese people’s long-cherished wish for millennia,and provided marvelous historical opportunities for Shandong.
