"君不见黄河之水天上来,奔流到海不复回。"李白的诗句,道尽了黄河的波澜壮阔、奔腾不息。黄河,哺育了中华民族,却也曾肆虐为患。万里黄河,险在下游,山东历来是黄河治理开发与管理保护的重要区域。如今,随着黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展上升为重大国家战略,新时代的黄河保护和治理再次迎来历史性机遇。

Shandong has been an important area for regulation,development,management and protection of the Yellow River.In May 1946,the Yellow River Shandong Bureau was established in Putai County,ushering in a new era of the Yellow River regulation.Since then,relying on the flood control engineering system,Shandong has overcome numerous floods through tight defense over the years,especially the rare autumn flood of 2003 and several combined floods from the Yellow River and the Wenshui River。
