RNA病毒所致传染病多种多样,不乏各种全球大流行的传染病,极大威胁着公众健康,一旦误诊和延误治疗,可能导致人群发病率及死亡率增加。部分疾病可伴随皮肤黏膜损害或有其典型皮肤表现,具有诊断价值。该文就以RNA病毒感染所致传染病伴随皮肤黏膜表现或有其典型皮肤表现及其可能的相关机制进行综述。

Infectious diseases caused by RNA virus are various, including severely global pandemics, which may pose enormous threats to public health. The misdiagnosis and the delayed treatment of the diseases may lead to an increase in morbidity and mortality. Some RNA virus infections may be accompanied by cutaneous and mucosal manifestations, which have diagnostic value. This article reviews the cutaneous and mucosal manifestations related to RNA virus infections and their possible pathogenesis.
