马拉色菌与炎症性皮肤病关系的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 马拉色菌是人体正常皮肤上最常见的定植菌群,作为一种条件致病菌,在易感因素作用下,可引起多种浅部、深部真菌病。而近年来,随着对皮肤真菌微生态的研究不断深入,已证实真菌定植、感染以及菌落结构的改变与特应性皮炎、银屑病等多种炎症性皮肤病相关。该文对马拉色菌相关的常见炎症性皮肤病的研究进展作一综述。 Malassezia is the most common colonized flora on the normal skin of human body. As a conditional pathogen, it can cause a variety of superficial and deep fungal diseases under the effect of susceptible factors. In recent years, with the in-depth research on the microecology of mycology in the skin, it has been confirmed that fungal colonization, infection and the change of colony structure are related to a variety of inflammatory skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Herein, the study progress of common inflammatory skin diseases related to Malassezia is summarized.
