疫情防控期间基于网络课程的皮肤科青年医师规范化培训实践探索

The practice of standardized training for young dermatologists based on online courses during epidemic prevention period

目的疫情防控期间,为了使皮肤科青年医师的规范化培训能够顺利进行,探讨新形势下网络教学改革及其应用效果,以进一步优化网络课程。方法从内容设计、教员形象管理、录课设备专业化等多方面对《西京皮肤医院皮肤外科系列课程》进行改革,优化网络课程结构;对西京皮肤医院65名青年医师进行此系列授课,并作问卷调查和统计学分析教学效果。结果该系列课程的学员整体满意程度评分高于既往网络课程(P <0.001);60%以上的青年医师对此系列精品课程非常满意,其中97%的学员认为线上课程有利于掌握理论知识;63.0%的青年医师认为线上和线下结合更适合青年医师的培养。结论该系列课程有助于提高青年医师规范化培训效果,为完善皮肤科网络在线教学模式奠定了基础。

Objective To explore the reform of online teaching and its application effect under the new situation, so as to further optimize the online courses and enable the standardized training of young dermatologists during the epidemic prevention period. Methods The "Dermatologic Surgery Course Series of Xijing Hospital" was reformed from various aspects such as content design, faculty image management, and specialization of recording equipment, thus to optimize the structure of the online course;65 young physicians from the Department of Dermatology in Xijing Hospital were taught by the course series, then the teaching effects were evaluated by questionnaires and statistical analysis. Results The overall satisfaction rating of this course series was higher than that of the previous online courses(P<0.001);more than 60% of the young physicians were very satisfied with this series of high-quality courses, of which 97% thought that the online courses were good for mastering theoretical knowledge;63.0% of the young physicians thought that the combination of online and offline courses could be more suitable for the training of young physicians. Conclusion The reformed "Dermatologic Surgery Course Series of Xijing Hospital" improved the effects of standardized training for young physicians and laid the foundation for improving the online teaching mode of dermatology.
