原发性肾小细胞癌1例报告

Primary small cell carcinoma of the kidney:One case report

摘要 小细胞癌(small cell carcinoma,SCC)主要见于肺部,肺外SCC占比不到5%[1]。泌尿生殖系统SCC主要见于膀胱,原发性肾小细胞癌(small cell carcinoma of the kidney,SCCK)罕见,国外报道百余例,国内报道仅10余例[2-3]。对于SCCK尚无完善的诊疗方案[4]。
