摘要
随着全球老龄化加剧,骨质疏松症的发病率逐年增加,尤其是女性骨质疏松症的发病人数占据首位,其中下丘脑作为调节中枢通过神经内分泌调节轴调控该疾病,而近年来有研究发现下丘脑中的某些部位和物质等也参与骨量的调节。因此,下丘脑成为研究绝经后骨质疏松机制和治疗的热点,有望从下丘脑中找到治疗绝经后骨质疏松的靶点。
Along with the global aging intensifies,the incidence of osteoporosis increases year by year,especially the osteoporosis incidence in women occupies the first place.The hypothalamus as the regulatory center regulates the disease through the neuroendocrine regulatory axis.In recent years,studies have found that some parts and substances in the hypothalamus also participate in the regulation of bone mass.Therefore,the hypothalamus becomes hot point of mechanism study and treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis.It is expected to be find the target to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis in the hypothalamus.
