金融生态环境与区域创新能力体系互动发展研究——基于山东省数据的实证分析

A Study on the Interactive Development of Financial Ecological Environment and Regional Innovation Ability System:An Empirical Analysis Using Data from Shandong Province

改善金融生态环境和提高区域创新能力是当前国家发展经济的重要要求。运用典型相关分析法对2019年山东省各地级市数据进行分析,建立金融生态环境和区域创新能力指标体系。研究发现,金融生态环境与区域创新能力之间典型相关关系显著;社会环境和创新投入是地级市优化金融生态环境和提高创新能力的基础,其中信贷总量、电子商务销售额、社会保障水平、居民消费支出是影响金融生态环境的关键因素,R&D经费内部支出、研究与试验发展人员数量、发明专利授权数、财政投入是影响区域创新能力的关键因素。建议积极改善地级市的社会环境,加大科技投入,发展互联网金融,提高区域创新能力,引导金融生态环境与区域创新能力协同共进。

The improvement of the financial ecological environment and the improvement of regional innovation ability are important requirements for the current national economic development.By analyzing and commenting on the cities in Shandong Province in 2019 and using canonical correlation analysis,this paper established the interaction mechanism and index system between financial ecological environment and regional innovation ability.The study shows that there is a significant and typical correlation between the financial ecological environment and regional innovation ability.The social environment and innovation investment are the cornerstones of the development of the financial ecological environment and innovation ability for the city.Among them,credit level,e-commerce sales,social security level and household consumption level are the key factors of financial ecological environment.The key factors of regional innovation ability are internal expenditure of R&D funds,R&D personnel,authorization number of invention patent and financial input.It is suggested to positively improve the social environment of prefecture-level cities,increase investment in science and technology,develop Internet finance,improve regional innovation ability,and guide the coordinated progress of financial ecological environment and regional innovation ability.
