淮安市交通运输、仓储和邮政业空间集聚效应分析——基于修正区位商和莫兰指数

Analysis on Spatial Agglomeration Effect of Transportation,Storage and Postal Industry in Huai’an:Based on Modified Location Quotient and Moran Index

依托修正的区位商指数测算2012—2019年淮安市各区域交通运输、仓储和邮政业的比较优势,借助莫兰指数考察淮安市整体和局部交通运输、仓储和邮政业的产业空间集聚情况。结果显示:淮安市交通运输、仓储和邮政业相较于全国而言有比较优势,但优势不明显;2012—2019年淮安市全局莫兰指数有下降趋势;当前盱眙县和金湖县下游跃迁导致的集聚效应弱化程度要大于市区和涟水县上游跃迁引起的集聚效应增强程度。建议进一步完善淮安市与周边区域的物流通道体系和物流信息化系统建设,全力推动淮安市航空货运枢纽建设进程,规划合理的交通运输、仓储和邮政业布局。

Based on the revised location quotient index,this paper calculates the comparative advantages of transportation,storage and postal industry in Huai’an.This paper uses Moran’s index to investigate the spatial agglomeration of transportation,storage and postal industry in Huai’an.The results show that:compared with the national transportation,warehousing and postal industry,Huai’an has a comparative advantage,but this advantage is not obvious.From 2012 to 2019,the overall Moran’s index of Huai’an has a downward trend.At present,the deterioration degree of agglomeration effect caused by downstream transition in Xuyi and Jinhu is greater than the improvement degree of agglomeration effect caused by urban upstream transition in Lianshui and downtown.It is suggested to improve the construction of logistics channel system and logistics information system between Huai’an and surrounding areas,promote the construction process of Huai’an air cargo hub,plan reasonable distribution of transportation,storage and postal industry.
