构建职教本科专业人才培养模式的思考

An Analysis on Professional Talents Training Mode of Vocational Undergraduate Education

职教本科办学已提上我国职业教育改革的日程,在构建职教本科专业人才培养模式时需要抓住一些关键点解决现存的问题。除了应借鉴职教专科人才培养模式的开发经验外,还应发挥行业协会、企业集群作用,定制个性化的现代学徒制班级,依托职教集团,选择基于OBE理念的开发方式,进一步体现校企合作、产教融合的特点,形成有特色的职教本科专业人才培养模式。

Vocational undergraduate education has been put on the agenda of vocational education reform in China.In the construction of professional talents training mode of vocational undergraduate education,besides rich the exploration experience of the professional talents training mode from vocational junior college education,it is necessary to give play to the role of industry association and enterprise cluster,customize personalized modern apprenticeship classes,rely on vocational education groups,and choose development mode based on OBE idea,further reflect the characteristics of school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration,so as to form a distinctive vocational education undergraduate professional talent training mode.
