基于有轨电车的嘉兴市综合交通规划策略优化研究

Optimization of Comprehensive Transportation Planning Strategy Based on Jiaxing Tram

在分析嘉兴市综合交通现状问题、建设机遇和挑战的基础上,围绕城市有轨电车的建设规划,研究并提出了对嘉兴市综合交通体系规划进行优化调整的策略:一是分区差异化进行交通政策引导,给出了不同分区的交通设施规划指标;二是构建分层次的客运网络,给出了层次划分标准及通道选线原则;三是用分级的交通枢纽锚固客运网络,给出了交通枢纽分级依据和配套交通设施要求;四是精细化的交通运营管理,包括道路断面、站点接驳、常规公交、地面道路时空资源优化调整等。

Through an analysis of the comprehensive traffic status of Jiaxing City,and facing opportunities and challenges of transport construction,strategies of optimizing and adjusting the comprehensive transportation system planning around the current modern tram construction are put forward.Firstly,the traffic policy guidance is carried out by differentiate zoning,the traffic facility planning indexes of different zones are given;secondly,a hierarchical passenger transport network is constructed,and the hierarchy division standards and the principle of channel route selection are proposed;thirdly,by way of anchoring the passenger transport network with graded transport hubs,the basis for the classification of transport hub and corresponding requirements for the supporting transport facilities is laid;and finally,the implementation of the refined transport operation management is proposed,including road section,station connection,conventional public transport,optimization and adjustment of space-time resources of the ground road.
