摘要
为方便现场现浇施工,轨道与路基一体化结构通常将两根钢轨下的轨枕浇筑在一起,形成一块大板。但从受力角度看,两根钢轨及轨枕之间是不受力的,也就是说直接设计为一块大板不够经济。结合装配式技术,研究了预制一体化结构板的尺寸,并结合受力分析提出了预制一体化结构板的优化方案。结果表明,一体化结构板主要承受线形荷载,板中间部分受力很小可以取消。将一体化结构板优化为类井字形结构,可节约钢筋混凝土用量36%以上。
In order to facilitate the field cast-in-place construction,the integrated structure plate is to cast the sleeper under two rails together to form a large plate.However,from the view of force,the range between two rails is not stressed,that is to say,it is not economical to design a large plate directly.In this paper,the size of prefabricated integrated structure plate is studied with assembly technology,and the optimization scheme of prefabricated integrated structure plate is put forward with force analysis.The research shows that the integrated structural plate is mainly subjected to linear load,and the force in the middle part of the plate is very small and can be cancelled.The proposed optimization scheme is to form a“#”-type structure of the integrated plate,which can save more than 36%of the reinforced concrete amount.
