摘要
隔离型DC/DC变换器具有频率高、功率大等优点,应用于有轨电车辅助供电系统中,可明显提升其系统效率和功率密度,并减小功率体积。目前,有轨电车中应用的DC/DC变换器多为硬开关结构,存在开关器件功耗大、整流二极管电压压力大以及副边器件电压应力过大和控制复杂等缺点。通过研发新型高效软开关拓扑结构与自适应控制算法相结合的控制技术,突破了现有的技术瓶颈,使得隔离型DC/DC变换器更加适应有轨电车辅助供电系统高频化、大功率、宽电压输入输出以及复杂环境高度适应性的技术要求。该技术可为隔离型DC/DC变换器的发展提供一条有效的升级途径。
The isolated DC/DC converter features advantages of high frequency and high power,the application of which in the auxiliary power supply system of tram can obviously improve the system efficiency,power density and reduce power volume.Currently,the DC/DC converter technology used in tram system is mostly with a hard switching structure,which has many disadvantages like large switching loss,large voltage pressure of rectifier diode,excessive voltage stress of secondary side devices and complex control.Through developing a new control technology that combines the new efficient soft switching topology and the adaptive control algorithm,the existing technical bottlenecks are broken,making the isolated DC/DC converter more adaptable to the high frequency,high power,wide voltage input and output of the tram auxiliary power supply system,and more in line with technical requirements of high adaptability to complex environment.This technology provides an effective upgrade approach for the development of isolated DC/DC converter.
