摘要
有轨电车作为地面骨干公共交通系统,在日常运营过程中不可避免地会遇到交通事故、设备故障以及自然灾害等影响运营安全的事件。影响停运的环境因素主要包括轨面积水、大风、能见度低等。其中,轨面积水对有轨电车运营影响较大,且目前各运营公司制定的停运标准不一,因此迫切需要对造成有轨电车停运的轨面积水高度进行研究。从有轨电车的车辆及线路的设计标准入手,借鉴国内外相关运营案例,提出有轨电车轨面积水停运条件的建议,以供各相关设计单位及运营公司参考。
As one of the main ground public transportation systems,tram inevitably encounters traffic accident,equipment failure,natural disaster and other incidents that affect the operation safety in the daily operation process.The environmental factors affecting the shutdown operation include ponding on rail surface,gale,poor visibility and so on.Among them,the rail surface ponding has greater influence on tram operation.Since current shutdown standards formulated by each operating company are different,it is urgent to study the shutdown conditions of the rail surface ponding.In this paper,from the aspects of rolling stock,engineering design standards and so on,and learning from the domestic and foreign operational experiences,suggestions related to solve the tram shutdown conditions in case of ponding are proposed for the reference of each design and operating company.
