摘要 主给水泵作为核电厂二回路重要供水设备,其控制的可靠性对核电厂的安全稳定运行极为重要,对秦山第二核电厂3、4号机组主给水泵控制系统可靠性进行了研究,从电源、备用逻辑、单一敏感设备缓解等方面逐一梳理,提出改进性建议,以提高设备运行的可靠性,降低主给水泵控制设备失效对机组安全的不良影响,增强故障发生后系统的自动恢复能力,以备同类电厂设计调试参考。 The main feed water pump is an important water supply equipment in the second circuit of the nuclear power plant.The reliability of its control is very important to the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plant.The reliability of main feed water pump control system of Qinshan No.2 nuclear power plant units 3 and 4 is studied.From the aspects of power supply,standby logic and single sensitive equipment mitigation,the improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the reliability of equipment operation,reduce the adverse impact of main feed pump control equipment failure on unit safety,and enhance the automatic recovery ability of the system after failure,so as to provide reference for the design and commissioning of similar power plants.
