技能大赛助推北京职业教育发展研究

Research on Skills Competition Promoting the Development of Vocational Education in Beijing

职业院校技能大赛凸显了职业教育实用性和技能性的特点,已成为检验和衡量职业院校办学质量和人才培养质量的重要依据之一,全国各地职业院校对技能大赛的重视程度逐年提升。技能大赛对北京职业院校改革和发展产生了重要影响,推动北京职业院校专业建设、教学改革、实训基地建设和双师型教师队伍建设,通过对"十三五"时期北京职业院校技能大赛情况的总结和梳理,分析存在的问题,提出未来北京职业院校教学改革应关注因材施教、创新人才培养模式、推进岗课赛证相融合、提升教师专业国际化水准。

Skill competition in vocational education has highlighted the characteristics of practicality,authenticity and skills of vocational education,and has become one of the important basis for testing and measuring the quality of vocational education and personnel training.Vocational education all over the country pay more attention to skill competition year by year.Skills Competition has exerted an important influence on the reform and development of Beijing vocational education,and promoted the construction of majors,teaching reform,training bases and double-qualified teachers in Beijing vocational education.By summarizing and sorting out skills competition in Beijing vocational education during the 13th Five-Year Plan,the existing problems were analyzed.It is suggested that the future teaching reform of Beijing vocational education should focus on teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,innovating the talent training mode,promoting the integration of post,course,competition and certificate,and improving the international level of teachers’specialty.
