Improvement of EFL Teachers in Implementing Ideological and Political Education A Case Study Based on the first Teaching Contest of Ideological and Political Education in Hebei Provice

摘要 课程思政建设是新时代教育教学改革的重要环节,而教师是否具备课程思政的能力是落实课程思政教学改革的关键。笔者选取河北省首届高校外语课程思政教学比赛的参赛教师为研究对象,通过深度访谈从外语课程思政大赛所考查的教学设计能力和大赛对教师产生的影响两个方面探讨了教师提升外语课程思政能力的路径,从教学理念、教学设计、教学反思三方面给出启示,旨在为外语课程思政的教学研究与实践提供一定参考。 The curriculum construction of ideological and political education is important to teaching reform in the new era,and teachers’competence is the key.This paper adopts four teachers as the targets,who took part in the first teaching contest for the curriculum of ideological and political education.It explores the path of improving the effectivenessof ideological and political education from the perspective of teaching design and impact of the contest by means of in-depth interview,and it offers enlightment in terms of teaching concept,teaching design and teaching reflection.Therefore,it may provide certain references for foreign language teaching reform in ideological-political education.
