摘要
近年来,在人才强国战略和创新驱动发展战略实施背景下,各地方围绕贯彻落实中央人才工作部署,结合自身实际不断深化人才管理体制机制改革,构建招才引智矩阵、注重专业人才培养、创新人才评价机制、加大技能人才培养激励力度、加大人才安居落户保障、实施更加开放的人才政策等。地方人才工作进一步提高人才效能,促进发展红利释放,推动经济社会高质量发展再上新台阶。
