基于CiteSpace的肝癌代谢研究的文献计量学分析

摘要 目的:通过肝癌代谢研究进行文献计量学分析,探索近5年肝癌代谢领域的研究热点和趋势。方法:基于Web of Science核心数据库,通过CiteSpace对2016年至2020年发表文章的年度分布、国家、机构、作者、期刊、基金、被引情况和关键词等进行可视化分析,并对关键词的词频、中心性和聚类情况进行探讨。结果:筛选后共纳入5 087篇文献并呈逐年增长趋势,中国是发文量最多的国家,复旦大学是发文量最多的机构,资助该领域最多的基金资助机构是中国国家自然科学基金委员会。AMPK、AKT/mTOR等信号通路调节代谢重编的机制研究;调控代谢的转录因子HIF-1α、癌基因(p53、c-myc)和长链非编码RNA的研究;针对糖酵解途径的葡萄糖转运和关键酶的研究;谷氨酰胺分解、三羧酸循环、磷酸戊糖途径、线粒体代谢的研究;二甲双胍等调节肿瘤代谢的药物研究;新型标志物分子的研究;代谢性疾病与肝癌相关性的研究是肝癌代谢领域研究的热点。糖酵解-代谢综合征-脂肪酸代谢-代谢酶抑制剂是肝癌代谢领域的研究趋势。结论:有氧糖酵解、AMPK、AKT/m TOR信号通路、HIF-1α、p53和c-myc、代谢性疾病、标志物分子和二甲双胍等药物研究是肝癌代谢的研究热点,脂肪酸代谢、代谢酶抑制剂研究是肝癌代谢领域的重点研究方向。 Objective:To explore the research hotspots and trends of metabolism of liver cancer in recent five years through bibliometric analysis of literatures on metabolism of liver cancer.Methods:Based on the core database of web of science,the annual distribution,countries,institutions,authors,journals,funds,citations and keywords of articles published from 2016 to 2020 were analyzed by CiteSpace,and the word frequency,centrality and clustering of keywords were discussed.Results:A total of 5087 articles were selected and showed an increasing trend year by year,China was the country with the largest number of papers.Fudan University was the organization with the largest number of papers,and the National Natural Science Foundation of China was the funding organization with the largest number of papers in this field.The mechanism of AMPK,AKT/mTOR signaling pathway regulating metabolic rearrangement,transcription factor HIF-1αregulating metabolism,the study of oncogene(p53,c-myc)and long non coding RNA,research on glucose transport and key enzymes of glycolysis pathway,glutamine decomposition,tricarboxylic acid cycle,pentose phosphate pathway and mitochondrial metabolism,metformin and other drugs regulating tumor metabolism,the research of new molecular markers,the relationship between metabolic diseases and liver cancer ware the hot topics in the field of liver cancer metabolism.Glycolysis metabolic syndrome fatty acid metabolism metabolic enzyme inhibitors are the research trend in the field of liver cancer metabolism.Conclusion:Aerobicglycolysis,AMPK,AKT/mTOR signaling pathway,HIF-1α,p53 and c-myc,metabolic diseases,molecular markers and metformin are the research hotspots of liver cancer metabolism.Fatty acid metabolism and metabolic enzyme inhibitors are the key research directions in the field of liver cancer metabolism.
