黄芩油膏联合医用射线防护喷剂防治会阴部急性放射性皮肤损伤的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨黄芩油膏对于放疗所致会阴部损伤的疗效。方法将80例会阴部放射性皮肤损伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组局部使用黄芩油膏+常规护理+医用射线防护喷剂;对照组予以常规护理+医用射线防护喷剂。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);愈合时间、皮肤损伤评分亦明显优于对照组;实验组放疗出现皮肤损伤及愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芩油膏联合医用射线防护喷剂防治放疗所致会阴部皮肤损伤有效率明显高于常规处理组,值得临床进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqin Ointment on perineal skin injury caused by radiotherapy.Methods Eighty patients with perineal radioactive skin lesions were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated topically with Huangqin Ointment combined with conventional care and protective spray against rays for medical use,and the patients in the control group were given conventional care and protective spray against rays for medical use.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The healing time and skin injury score of the experimental group were also significantly better than those of the control group.The duration of skin damage caused by radiotherapy and healing time of the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective rate of Huangqin Ointment combined with protective spray against rays for medical use for prevention and therapy of perineal skin injury caused by radiotherapy is significantly higher than that of conventional treatment,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
