确保配网自动化终端设备安全运行是保证配电网供电可靠的必要条件。针对目前配网自动化终端设备种类、厂家繁多,没有标准评价体系的现状,基于层次分析法,构建配网自动化终端设备评价体系,给出各层级评价指标的权重计算方法与评分细则,在此基础上得到设备的综合评分与评价等级,为配网自动化终端的运行管理和状态检修提供支撑,提高电网可靠性。

It is a necessary condition to ensure distribution network power supply reliability for guarnateeing sufe running of distribution network auctomation terminal device.For the kinds of the present distribution netwrok automation teminal devices,based on step method analysis,build the estimation system of the distribution network automation terminal device,give the weight computing mothed of each level estimate index and grading details on the basis of this,get integrated mark and estimate level of the equipment.It provides the support for the distribution automation terminal running management and state service,increasing the power network reliablility.
