电力杆塔地脚螺栓缺陷的磁致伸缩导波无损检测系统设计

摘要 电力杆塔地脚螺栓存在的腐蚀、裂纹等缺陷问题会严重威胁到杆塔的结构安全甚至电力系统的稳定运行。然而目前尚未有较为成熟的地脚螺栓缺陷检测系统,针对此问题,论文基于地脚螺栓的磁致伸缩特性设计一种磁致伸缩导波无损检测系统,可实现地脚螺栓缺陷位置的精准检测。该系统由激励单元与接收单元两个部分组成,主要包括功率脉冲电源、激励线圈以及接收传感器、便携式检测仪几个模块。对模型桩的测试表明,论文所设计的系统可以较好地实现对杆塔地脚螺栓缺陷的检测。 Defects such as corrosion and cracks in the anchor bolts of power towers will seriously threaten the structural safety of the towers and even the stable operation of the power system.However, there is no more mature anchor bolt defect detection system.In response to this problem, the paper designs a magnetostrictive guided wave nondestructive inspection system based on the magnetostrictive characteristics of anchor bolts, which can realize accurate detection of anchor bolt defects.The system is composed of an excitation unit and a receiving unit, which mainly include several modules of power pulse power supply, excitation coil, receiving sensor, and portable detector.Tests on model piles show that the system designed in the paper can better detect the defects of the anchor bolts of the tower.
