本文总结了高压断路器机械特性试验存在的问题,分析了试验中拆、接二次端子易引起误接线的危害及回路核查耗时长原因,并针对上述问题开发了一种高压断路器试验用二次端子连接装置,从而避免了试验时在机构箱内拆、接二次端子的环节,解决了试验回路接触不良的问题,提升了断路器特性试验工作效率。

This paper summarizes the problems existing in the mechanical characteristics test of high voltage circuit breaker, the harm of wrong wiring caused by disconnecting terminals and the reason of long time consuming in circuit verification are analyzed.A secondary terminal connection device for high voltage circuit breaker test was developed, thus, the steps of removing and connecting the secondary terminal in the mechanical box body during the test was avoid, the problem of poor contact of test circuit was solved, work efficiency was also improved.
