变电站一次电气设备高压试验要点研究

Research on High Voltage Test Key Points for Primary Electric Equipment of a Transformer Substation

一次设备性能直接影响着变电站运行的安全性、稳定性和有效性,已经成为新时期变电站试验检测的关键。本次研究过程中主要从变电站一次设备高压试验出发,确定直流耐压、泄漏电流及交流耐压试验中的关键步骤。并在SZ11-63000/110变压器基础上,验证一次电气设备高压试验效果,分析SZ11-63000/110变压器存在的安全隐患。

The performance of primary electric equipment candirectly have an effect on safety, stability and validity of asubstation operation, which has become the key for the bustation test and detection of the new period.The study mainly starts with high voltage test of the primary equipment of the substation, to define critical steps for DC with stand voltage, leakage current and AC withstand voltage tests.And on the basis of SZ11-63000/110 transformer, verify high voltage test result of the primary electric equipment and analyze safe hidden peril of SZ11-63000/110 transformer.
