芽孢杆菌不同菌种抑菌性强度试验比较分析

Comparison and analysis of the antibacterial strength test of different strains of Bacillus

研究从不同环境中分离鉴定12种共21株芽孢杆菌,应用滤纸片法进行芽孢杆菌抑菌性的比较试验。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌07菌株、枯草芽孢杆菌16菌株、贝莱斯芽孢杆菌02菌株和韦氏芽孢杆菌A菌株对经黄色葡萄球菌抑菌强度达到“++++”,对大肠杆菌的抑菌强度达到“++”以上。芽孢杆菌sp.菌株对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌强度达到“+++”。研究表明,芽孢杆菌同一菌种的不同菌株抑菌强度不同;不同菌种之间的抑菌强度差别明显,且对大肠杆菌的抑菌强度尤为突出。

The study isolates and identifies 12 species of 21 Bacillus strains from different environments,and uses the filter paper method to compare the bacteriostatic properties of Bacillus.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis 07 and 16 strains,Velez Bacillus 02 and Bacillus wechneri A strain have achieved‘++++’antibacterial strength against Staphylococcus aureus and‘++’against Escherichia coli.The antibacterial strength of Bacillus sp.strain against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached‘+++’.The study indicates that different strains of the same strain had different antibacterial strengths;the antibacterial strengths of different strains differed significantly,especially for Escherichia coli.
