太子参须提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响

Effect of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous root extraction on immunologic functions of mice

试验旨在探究太子参须提取物对小鼠免疫功能的影响,分别以太子参须提取物低(0.1 g/kg)、中(0.2 g/kg)、高(0.4 g/kg)三个剂量梯度给药量灌胃小鼠,记录小鼠体质量并检测小鼠免疫指标。结果显示:与空白对照组相比,低剂量组小鼠的体质量和脾脏指数均显著提高(P<0.05),中剂量组小鼠的T细胞刺激指数显著升高(P<0.05),高剂量组小鼠的胸腺指数和巨噬细胞吞噬指数均显著提高(P<0.05)。研究表明,太子参须提取物可显著改善小鼠免疫功能。

The study aimes to study the effect of Pseudostellaria heterophylla fibrous root extraction(RPFRE)on immunologic functions of mice.Mices were gavaged with low(0.1 g/kg),middle(0.2 g/kg)and high(0.4 g/kg)dose of RPFRE,and the immunoregulatory effect of RPFRE on mice were investigated by determining the immunological indices.The results showed that compared with the blank control group,the weight and index of spleen of normal mice treated with RPFRE low dose group were increased significantly(P<0.05),the proliferation in spleen T-lymphocytes of normal mice treated with RPFRE low middle group was increased significantly(P<0.05),the index of thymus and phagocytic index of normal mice treated with RPFRE high dose group were all increased significantly(P<0.05).The study indicates that RPFRE has favorable effect on improving immunological functions of mice.
