太子参及其多糖对脾虚大鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验旨在从原药材及有效成分2个层次对比探讨太子参及其多糖对脾虚大鼠免疫功能的影响。SD大鼠皮下注射利血平复制脾虚模型,造模成功后随机分为模型对照组、太子参原药材组和太子参多糖低、中、高剂量组,每日灌胃给药1次,连续7 d。试验期间观察并记录大鼠临床体征,第14 d检测免疫器官指数、细胞因子和免疫球蛋白的含量。结果表明,与模型对照组相比,太子参原药材组和太子参多糖中、高剂量组大鼠体重极显著升高(P<0.01);太子参多糖低、高剂量组的脾脏指数显著升高(P<0.05),中剂量组极显著升高(P<0.01);各给药组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均极显著升高(P<0.01),太子参多糖低、中剂量组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平极显著升高(P<0.01),中、高剂量组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平极显著升高(P<0.01);原药材组分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平极显著升高(P<0.01),低剂量组SIgA水平、中剂量组SIgA、IgG、IgM水平、高剂量组IgG、IgM水平均极显著升高(P<0.01),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgM水平显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,太子参及其多糖均可改善脾虚大鼠的免疫功能。 To investigate the effect of Radix Pseudostellariae and polysaccharide on immune function of spleen deficiency rats from the two levels of original medicinal materials and effective ingredients.SD rats were randomly divided into model control group,Radix Pseudostellariae group and polysaccharide low-dose,medium dose and high-dose groups once a day for 7 days.The clinical signs of rats were observed and recorded during the experiment.The immune organ index,cytokines and immunoglobulin were detected on the 14 th day.The results showed that compared with the model control group,the weight changes of rats in the Radix Pseudostellariae group and the polysaccharide middle and high-dose groups after administration increased(P<0.01).The spleen index of each administration group increased high,among them,the difference between the low and high dose groups of polysaccharide was significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the middle dose group was extremely(P<0.01).The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in each administration group increased(P<0.01),the level of IFN-γin the low and medium-dose groups increased(P<0.01),and the level of TNF-αin the middle and high-dose groups increased(P<0.01).The level of IgM and SIgA increased(P<0.01),the level of SIgA in the low-dose group increased(P<0.01),the levels of IgG and IgM increased(P<0.05),and the levels of SIgA,IgG,IgM in the middledose group were average increased(P<0.01),and the levels of IgG and IgM in the high-dose group increased(P<0.01).The results show that Radix Pseudostellariae and polysaccharide could improve theimmune functionof spleendeficiency rats.
