摘要
继电保护现场工作具有设备类型多样、工作性质多样、工作时间随机性强等特点,要统计出一项工作以及每名工作人员的工作量,实现工作的量化管理就需要以工作人员的实际感受为依据,并把对工作难度有影响的诸多因素都考虑进去才能得到科学合理、符合现场作业人员切身感受的量化值。利用模糊综合评判方法构建出综合了各因素的数学模型,以资深一线工作负责人为专家组成员,根据专家组成员的实际感受确定模型参数,从而获得科学合理的工作量化方法,并以两类典型现场工作为例,证明了该方法的科学、合理及可行性。
Since relay protection field work is characterized by diverse equipment types,diverse work nature,strong randomness of working hours,etc.,to count out the workload of a job and each staff member,and to achieve quantitative management of the work,it is necessary to take into account the staff’s actual feelings.Scientific and reasonable quantified value that meets the personal experience of field operators can be obtained only by considering many factors that have an impact on the difficulty of work.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a mathematical model that integrates all factors is built.With senior frontline work leaders as members of the expert group,the model parameters are determined according to their actual feelings,so as to obtain a scientific and reasonable work quantifying method.Meanwhile,the method is proved to be scientific,reasonable and feasible with two kinds of typical field work as examples.
