针对国产200 MW以上汽轮发电机在投运一段时间后部分发电机出现定子铁芯松动现象,介绍了发电机定子铁芯松动造成的危害,分析了发电机定子铁芯松动的原因,提出了处理发电机定子铁芯松动的工艺方案和处理后的试验验收方法。

After being put into operation for a period of time,some domestic turbo-generators of 200 MW and above 200 MW have the phenomenon of stator cores loosening.The harm caused by the loosening of stator core is introduced,the causes of stator core loosening are analyzed,and the technological scheme for dealing with stator core loosening and the test acceptance method after treatment are put forward.
