摘要 介绍了1000 MW机组汽动引风机的汽源与排汽系统,对该小汽轮机排汽供热与回热系统进行了经济性对比,通过热力性能试验、等熵焓降方法和Ebsilon模拟计算3种方式进行了机组经济性计算。通过计算可以看出,小汽轮机排汽供热工况的热耗远低于排汽回热工况的热耗,小汽轮机排汽供热与回热之间的差值为1 t/h蒸汽影响热耗1.28 kJ/(kW·h),等效焓降计算的经济性影响偏大。 The steam source and exhaust system of the steam induced draft fan of 1000 MW unit is introduced,and economic comparison is made between the heating system and the heat regenerative system of the exhaust steam of the small steam turbine.Three methods,including thermal performance test,isentropic enthalpy drop method and Ebsilon simulation calculation,are established to calculate the economy of the unit.It can be seen from the calculation that the heat consumption of the exhaust steam heating condition of the small steam turbine is much lower than that of the exhaust steam heat regenerative condition.The difference between exhaust steam heating and heat regeneration of the small steam turbine is that 1 t/h steam has an effect of 1.28 kJ/(kW·h)on heat consumption.The economic effect of equivalent enthalpy drop calculation is comparatively larger.
