大学生性格优势分析及优化策略

An Analysis of College Students'Character Advantages and Research on Optimization

以陕西省某高校的大学生为样本,采用随机抽样法,抽取1497名大学生进行性格优势状况的调查分析。结果表明:该校大学生性格优势总体处于中等偏上水平,其中人道美德、超越美德、正义美德略优于勇敢美德、节制美德、智慧美德;不同性别、不同专业学生性格优势存在显著性差异(P<0.05),女生优于男生,艺术专业学生优于其他专业;不同年级学生性格优势不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。应引导学生培养自主、合作、探究的积极品质,不断激发认知优势,提升智慧美德;培养其自控、谦虚、自律的积极品质,不断激发其道德优势,提升节制美德;培养坚强、勇敢、直面挫折的积极品质,不断激发其意志优势;培养音乐、美术、舞蹈等艺术素养,促进其健康生活、全面发展、获得幸福人生。

The students of a university in Shaanxi Province were taken as the sample.1497 college students were selected to investigate and analyze their personality advantages with random sampling method.The results showed that the overall personality advantages of college students were at the upper-middle level,among which the humanitarian virtues,transcendence virtues,and justice virtues were slightly superior to courageous virtues,temperance virtues,and wisdom virtues.There were significant differences in personality advantages of students of different genders and different majors(P<0.05).there was no significant difference in personality advantages among students of different grades(P>0.05).In view of this,students,especially boys,should be guided to cultivate the positive qualities of autonomy,cooperation,and inquiry,continuously stimulate cognitive advantages,and enhance the virtues of wisdom,cultivate positive qualities of self-control,humility,and self-discipline,continuously stimulate moral advantages,and enhance the virtues of temperance.The positive qualities of being strong,courageous,and facing setbacks constantly stimulate the advantage of will,cultivate the artistic qualities of music,art,dance,etc.,live a healthy life,develop in an all-round way,and obtain a happy life.
