New Trends in the Development of Think Tanks in the Field of Nation and Ethnic Studies under the Agenda of the Times

[目的/意义]随着国家最高决策层明确提出"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"议题,大量的铸牢中华民族共同体意识专题研究机构涌现,民族研究领域智库呈现发展新动态。[方法/过程]本文聚焦该领域智库发展新动态,以中央四部委铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究基地,以及地方铸牢中华民族共同体意识研究机构当中的智库为研究对象,提出了智库建设应当注意把握"铸牢中华民族共同体意识"的四个议题特性。[结果/结论]相关智库建设应当在基础性、专业性、公共性和社会性等四大方向重点发力,通过厚植理论基础、汇聚专业人才、增强政策影响、服务社会大众等方式,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的相关决策和行动提供智力支持。

[Purpose/significance]As the government’s top decision-makers clearly put forward the topic of "Creating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation",a large number of related thematic research institutions have emerged,and think tanks in the field of ethnic research have shown new development trends.[Method/process]This paper focuses on the trends,taking the research bases of firmly establishing consciousness of the Chinese national community approved by the four central ministries and the think tanks in the local research institutes of firmly establishing consciousness of the Chinese national community as the research objects,pointing out that the construction of think tanks should pay attention to grasping four characteristics on the issue of "Creating a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation"[Result/conclusion]The construction of relevant think tanks should focus on the four major directions of basic,professional,public,and social,and providing intellectual support for relevant decision-making and actions that solidify the sense of community of the Chinese nation through methods such as strengthening the theoretical foundation,gathering professional talents,enhancing policy influence,and serving the public.
