基于协同视角的国内外卫生与健康智库分析与启示

Analysis and Enlightenment of Domestic and Foreign Health Think Tanks Based on Collaborative Perspective

[目的/意义]作为中国特色新型智库建设的重要构成,高校卫生与健康智库建设特色鲜明,加之卫生与健康领域问题的广泛性和复杂性,亟需重视协同创新。[方法/过程]本文以前期研究为基础,基于协同视角,重点对国外、国内各3所有代表性的卫生与健康智库的目标定位与优势、组织结构以及人才资源进行了综合分析。[结果/结论]我国高校卫生与健康智库发展,应始终贯穿协同理念,以人才协同发展为核心、数据协同共享为支撑,加快协同创新建设。

[Purpose/significance]As an important component in the construction of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics,the construction of university health think tank needs high requirements and distinctive characteristics.In addition,the problems in health field are extensive and complex,so it is urgent to pay attention to collaborative innovation.[Method/process]Based on the previous research,this paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the goal orientation and advantages,organizational structure,human resources of three domestic and three foreign representative health think tanks from the perspective of collaboration.[Result/conclusion]The development of university health think tank should always run through the concept of collaboration,take the coordinated development of talents as the core,support data collaboration and sharing,so as to speed up the construction of collaborative innovation.
