高强钢丝编织点阵结构材料的制备及其静压试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在金属丝编织工艺的基础上,提出了一种运用高强钢丝制备点阵结构材料及其结构形式的方法。为研究高强钢丝编织点阵结构材料的力学特性,对成型试件进行静压试验,分析钢丝直径、芯层高度等参数对点阵结构材料压缩性能的影响。结果表明:制备的高强钢丝编织点阵结构材料力学性能较好,具有较好的吸能效果,在压缩过程中主要的变形机理是芯层钢丝的弯扭屈曲变形和局部位置形成塑性铰。通过对比试件的压缩力学性能和吸能特性发现,在相同钢丝直径情况下,芯层高度增加时,点阵结构材料的比强度、比刚度逐渐增大,抗压强度、单位体积吸收的能量减小,单位质量吸收的能量变化不大。在相同芯层高度情况下,钢丝直径增大时,点阵结构材料的压缩力学性能和吸能特性大幅增强。 On the basis of wirewoven technology,a new method and structure form of lattice structural material made of highstrength steel wire were presented.In order to study the mechanical properties of highstrength steel wire woven lattice structural materials,static pressure tests were carried out on the molded samples,and the influences of parameters such as wirediameter and core height on the compression performance of lattice structural materials were analyzed.The results showed that the prepared highstrength steel wire woven lattice structural materials have good mechanical properties and good energy absorption effect,and the main deformation mechanism in the process of compression is the flexural-torsional buckling deformation of core wire and the forming of plastic hinge in local position.By comparing the compressive mechanical properties and energy absorption characteristics of the samples,it was found that the specific strength and specific stiffness of lattice structural materials increase gradually when the height of the core layer increases with the same wire diameter,and the compressive strength andenergy absorbed per unit volume decreases,but the energy absorbed per unit mass has little change.The compressive mechanical properties and energy absorption properties of lattice structural materials are greatly enhanced when the diameter of wire increases with the same core height.
